Welcome to the Kankakee Area Stargazers Website

The Kankakee Area Stargazers has approximately 40 members of all ages and backgrounds. We may be iron workers, college professors, lawyers, teachers, students, construction workers, businessmen and women, and so forth, but we have one thing in common – the love of the night sky. We also believe in hosting public stargazing opportunities, and enjoying star parties around the state and Midwest. Come join us for an evening or a lifetime! You’re always welcome here.
